![]() ![]() I am afraid there is no easier way to change the colour of the Thumb of a ScrollBar :) Put these styles inside of your window or inside in App.xaml to apply them to all ScrollBars in your window/application: In the following sample markup I use a MediumSpringGreen Rectangle asīelow is a complete example containing all required styles that were generated by Visual Studio: ![]() The templates may differ between different versions of Windows but on Windows 7 you could look for a Style named "ScrollBarThumb" and change the control template of the Thumb. This will copy the default control template into your XAML markup and you can then change Changing the colour of the Thumb (which is what I believe you refer to as the "front section") of the Scrollbar requires you to define your own custom template (or rather copy the default one and make changes to it).Īs I told you in another thread you could add a ScrollBar element to your XAML, switch to design mode, right-click on it and choose Edit Template->Edit a Copy.
